I want to take a few minutes to share with you my extremely positive experience working with Eric. I have never seen any person in and out of the car dealerships work so hard to satisfy a customer. I had my deal worked out with Autoland in Mission Viejo. I am a member of the OCTFCU and am thrilled with them. Feeling that they would have the best within their branches I went to their AutoLand representative to purchase a Scion. Previously I had been shopping online to inquire about the value of my trade in. I had received several responses from Eric encouraging me to contact him and come in. I was set to do a deal Friday morning when we opened an e-mail from Eric stating that his dealership needed to move cars out. My husband called the cell phone number on the e-mail and Eric answered! Mind you this was 6:00am!!! He assured us he could beat the deal which we were less than thrilled with and my husband headed up to Huntington Beach. Long story short, I came home Friday night driving my new Scion xD in the color I wanted - got it worked out from another dealership - and I am thrilled. He drove us to the credit union because we were running out of time and we were unfamiliar with the Huntington Beach location. Eric knew exactly where it was and he drove us there! Now I ask you, WHO does stuff like that? He was great and a true asset to your company. I will recommend him to my colleagues and to other members of our family. You not only have at first class vehicle to sell but a first class person selling them. It was a truly great experience.

I am writing to tell you about my experience I had at your Toyota dealership on August 16, 2008, as well as commend and thank the following staff who contributed to that experience: Jason, JD, Mike Sota and Frank Pazak.
I arrived at Toyota of Huntington Beach at around 9:30am in search of a Toyota Tacoma Double Cab Long Bed. As I was approaching the showroom room doors, I was promptly greeted and welcomed to your dealership by Jason, who introduced my to J.D. I told J.D. what I was looking for and soon thereafter, we were on our way to look at the Tacoma's. One thing that stood out is that J.D. did not barrage me with questions about anything related to the potential transaction; he was more concerned about my needs and desires, which I found to be very pleasant. His knowledge and straightforwardness was fantastic. He not only answered all of my questions, but also was very thorough in his explanations throughout the sales process.
In regards to the financing part of the transaction, Mike Sota was very knowledgeable and clearly showed dedication toward getting all the paperwork completed efficiently. Additionally, he also provided me with understandable explanations of every document required to complete the transaction, as well as provide suggestions on how to protect my investment, which I took action upon.
Finally, and certainly not least, Frank Pazak was very enthusiastic in congratulating me on my new truck and played a big part in providing me with an overall buying experience that provided to me why your dealership earned the President's Award. Please thank all of the individuals I mentioned above - I love my new Toyota Tacoma and look forward to many, many years of happy ownership of the truck. I am writing to let you know about two outstanding employees you have at your dealership. Mr. Omar Baldizon and Matt Sloan the Sales Manager. I was in a big rush to buy a new car and knew exactly what I wanted, a Camry XLE in Desert Sand Mica with Navigation. Your dealership didn't have it. Omar went above and beyond to find me exactly what I wanted. Omar searched for my exact car for days, two weeks to be exact. And even came in on his day off to try to locate it. And Finally when he found one, he came in early the following day, Saturday morning, before he was even schedule to work and drove to Riverside to get my new car for me. I was so impressed and happy! Now that's service! Your dealership is the best. But what makes it the best is your outstanding employees. I walked on your lot and was approached by one of your sales people, Ryan Goff. I told Ryan from the start that I was "just looking". I also told him I wanted to test drive a RAV4, Highlander and a 4Runner. That evening I test drove all three vehicles and must have looked at 6 or 7 model variations. I walked off the lot without Ryan making a sale. Over the next couple of days, I must have called Ryan with a dozen different questions and sales scenarios. A few days later I met Ryan at your dealership and drove off the lot in a new 2004 Highlander and haven't had a moments regret. I am very excited and the pleased owner of a beautiful Highlander.
